As a young man I spent several years with my Father in the restaurant and catering business. This gave me the background to open my own full service barbecue restaurant where we cooked 7-8 whole hogs and hundreds pounds of chicken and ribs per week. Between that and my catering business I've been cooking on a grill most of my life. A passionate outdoor griller and achieving the status of "Master Griller" I am qualified to coach and share my skills in making the best food possible on a grill.
I'll provide articles, tips, recipes, and videos to help you learn to use your grill and to become a better griller, and show you that "Grilling Is Easy".
My goal is to keep you from making the mistakes that others have made and to teach you how to prepare delicious meals for you and your family on your grill.
